CD28 transmembrane domain
This Part is the CD28-derived transmembrane domain (CD28TMD). This domain allows transmembrane proteins to anchor the cell membrane.
This Part is adapted from the transmembrane domain of a protein used in the MESA (Modular Extracellular Sensor Architecture) system described in [1].
In UTokyo2023 project, this part is commonly used as the transmembrane domain of the protein that makes up the MESA system [1].
